1 Month - Weight and Measurements

It has been one month since I started this journey to get healthier.  I am starting to see some real changes. The numbers in red are the total amount lost since I changed the way I was eating and started going to the gym.  It is a good start!

Weight:  216.4 lbs (-8.6 lbs) woo hoooo!

Chest:  45" (-1")
Ribs:  39" (-1"
Upper Arm:  13" left - 14" right  (no change)
Waist:  42" (-2"
Hips:  47" (no change)
Upper Thigh:  25" left - 24" right (no change)
Calves:  18"  (no change)
