OMG My Trainer Is Trying to Kill Me!


Super hard workout tonight but very satisfying!  After some stretching I alternated between 2 kettle bell exercises - 5 sets of 15 reps each.

The first exercise was the kettle bell swing with a 10lb weight.





The next exercise was sumo squats with a 35lb kettlebell.



To end the night we did alternate sets of medicine ball throw with 30 second planks.
